What a brilliant and strong start for London Fashion Week Men SS19 with Iceberg! Under the creative direction of British James Long since 2016, the Italian brand showed for the first time in London, introducing its new Menswear collection and Resort 2019 as well.
Founded in Italy in 1974, Iceberg has been part of Milan Fashion Week, but just for this season, apparently, it has brought its energy straight to London, home to its creative director, James Long, one of the youngest talents of his generation.
The show was a very powerful one, with references to both English and Italian cultures like Formula 1 (Iceberg used to sponsor the USA Grand Prix in the 80s) and football and also funny prints that include Snoopy and Charlie Brown. The whole silhouette felt very young, sexy and modern, while the colour palette consisted of solid red, blue and green.
Everything was so on point that we end up asking for more: could we possibly hope to see Iceberg showing once again during LFWM?
