“This unique collection, lovingly made in Scotland, retains our signatures of textile expertise, craft and tailoring for which we have become world renowned, whilst showing the fashion world - for the very first time - that the brand is for all seasons.”
Johnstons of Elgin, under the creative direction of Alan Scott, is a brand mainly known for its cashmere expertise, but this season, during Day One of London Fashion Week, they have showcased an entire collection in which they proved the several possibilities of this precious material.
The collection, presented in the luxurious Waldorf Hilton Hotel, consists of twenty looks and found its inspiration in the Island of Ischia, in Italy. The result is a modern and fresh silhouette enriched by a bright colour palette of hot pinks, electric blues and soft neutrals.
It was really a pleasure drawing live this inspired and colourful collection and in such an elegant background. I already look forward to seeing what's coming next for this classy brand.
