To celebrate the launch of 'Patchouli Paris', the new Guerlain eau de parfum, part of "L'art et la matière collection", I had the pleasure of working again with the luxury beauty brand, this time during two different occasions in their lovely Galeries Lafayette Haussmann corner and then also on board of a dreamy cruise on the Seine river!
As curious customers and long-time clients of the House of Guerlain at Galeries Lafayette were discovering the new fragrance, I created beautiful quick portraits of them.
The City of Lights has always been a huge inspiration for Guerlain, the new eau de parfum shows a new facet of the capital: the unique and magical atmosphere of Parisian nights.
Patchouli Paris found its inspiration in the dynamic nights of the French capital and, in particular, in its artistic vibrancy.
"I worked this Patchouli in overdose. I wanted it to be immediately recognizable, in all its beauty and complexity" - Delphine Jelk, Guerlain Perfumer
Celebrations for 'Patchouli Paris' weren't over, a few weeks later, I was invited to a magic evening and embarked on an exclusive cruise on the Seine: I can now add creating portraits while sailing the Seine during an amazing party to my resume!
Thank you to the Guerlain team, and the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann team in particular, for having me, it was a pleasure to work together again.
